We feel it is important to advise our clients of the licensing laws. We are licensed investigators in other states , which have strict licensing guidelines pertaining to experience and character. Unfortunately, not many investigators in the Rocky Mountain Region can make that statement. Colorado, Wyoming and Idaho are included in a handfull of states that do not have licensing laws for investigators. As a result, this allows anyone to claim that they’re a “Private Investigator,” regardless of their background or training. Take time to qualify the person or company you are looking to hire. If they’re licensed in other areas of the country you can feel assured that they are most likely credible and qualified to address your investigative needs. A licensed investigator is required to provide proof when asked and will gladly honor that request.
