OUR HISTORY:
In 1996, professional investigator and skip tracer Gene J. Plummer contacted a handful of colleagues with a simple proposition: “Let’s build an organization that is truly a professional association run for the benefit of its membership, not like anything we’ve seen before in Indiana.
