Overview

As a former FBI agent and longtime private investigator, I have a wealth of experience and training in nearly every aspect of investigations enabling me and my associates to expertly meet the most diverse of investigative needs. Our investigators are available in Fargo, Bismarck/Mandan and Dickinson ND, as well as throughout the nation and the world by virtue of our affiliation with former FBI agents who are active as private investigators and with other associations of investigators. I currently serve as chair of the North Dakota Private Investigation & Security Board and until recently served as a regional director for the National Council of Investigation and Security Services (NCISS).

My wife and business associate Dina Butcher and I also offer our services as lobbyists and we independently manage and coordinate grassroots campaigns. My years of experience as state director and lobbyist for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) and other national and North Dakota interest groups, and Dina’s background of managing and lobbying for agriculture groups, set the stage for our current advocacy activities.
